A one-day seminar on "Environment Protection by Recycling", was organised in HRIT University ,on 1 June,2024 in collaboration with the Institute of Engineers India.It provided an invaluable platform for innovation and environmental protection. The seminar was attended by a diverse group of individuals including:Leading entrepreneurs running successful startups,Academicians and researchers,Students and Stakeholders engaged in waste disposal and recycling processes. The seminar featured ten speakers from different domains who showcased their innovations aimed at environment protection. They encouraged students to join their efforts or present unique startup ideas for support.The event was graced by Dr. Anil Agrawal: Chairman of HRIT,Dr. Anjul Aggarwal: Vice Chairman,Dr. S.C. Gupta (FIE): Chairman and Council Member, GICR.R. Tanwar (FIE): Council Member and President, IEI-AAProf. Virendra Grover (MIE): Convener Er. Vineet Goel (MIE): Honorary Secretary, GLC and A.R.Dubey along with Nine speakers with their innovative recycling methods .

 

 


From May 13th to 18th, 2024, the Digi Saksham workshop on Artificial Intelligence, a collaboration between the National Career Service (NCS) and HRIT University, provided youth with comprehensive AI skills. Participants learned AI fundamentals, including machine learning and neural networks, culminating in project presentations on May 18th. This initiative, supported by PM Modi and Microsoft, aimed to enhance employability and foster innovation among participants, preparing them for future career opportunities in the digital economy. The culmination was on the sixth day, where participants showcased their proficiency by presenting their AI projects. These projects ranged from practical applications in healthcare, finance, and agriculture to innovative solutions for everyday challenges. Each project reflected not only technical proficiency but also creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills honed during the workshop. All participants were invited at NCS and felicitated with their completion certificates.

 

 


 

On May 7, 2024, an insightful workshop on Data Analysis was organized, featuring Mr. Rohit Pahwa, a distinguished Data Scientist from DUCAT Industry. This workshop was designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge in the field of data analysis, catering to both aspiring data enthusiasts and seasoned professionals seeking to enhance their expertise. .

 


 

On April 25, 2024, an enlightening workshop on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) was organized exclusively for Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) students. This workshop aimed to delve deep into the transformative realms of AI and ML, providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of their principles and applications. .

 

 


 

HRIT, in collaboration with the Global Institute of Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking, organized A Seminar on Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking for CSE students. The seminar, held on 29 February 2024 aimed to supplement the training previously provided to students during their industry visit on 7 January 2024. This seminar served as a follow-up session, focusing on further enhancing students' knowledge and skills in cybersecurity and ethical hacking for their future careers.The seminar covered a range of topics essential for understanding and combating cyber threats. Expert speakers from the Global Institute of Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking shared insights on the latest trends in cyber attacks, common vulnerabilities, and best practices for safeguarding digital assets. Through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, students were exposed to various ethical hacking techniques, emphasizing the importance of responsible and lawful use of these skills.Vice Chairman Dr.Anjul Agarwal Felicited the Trainer Team and requested to visit again for forther follow up session. .

 

 


 

The workshop on Digital Literacy for girls, held on 27th February 2024, was a collaborative effort between HRIT and Skills Root Academy, which is sponsored by Linkedin. Three days workshop featured a series of interactive sessions, expert led discussions, and hands on activities designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of various digital tools and platforms. Topics covered included:Basics of Computer Literacy,Internet Safety and Cybersecurity,Social Media Management,Introduction to Coding and Programming,Digital Communication Skills and Career Opportunities in the Tech Industry. Participants were encouraged to actively engage with the material through group exercises and practical demonstrations. They also had the opportunity to interact with professionals from Linkedin, gaining valuable insights into the industry and potential career paths. .

 

 


 

A workshop was organized at HRIT on 18 January 2024,in collaboration with Uniconverge Technologies, focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT). The workshop provided students with hands-on experience using Node MCU kits. Participants learned about various IoT applications including:Weather Monitoring System,Edge Impulse and Image Classification This interactive session equipped students with practical skills and a deeper understanding of IoT technologies, enhancing their readiness for future technological challenges. .

 

 


 

A seminar on Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud was organized on 16th January 2023. MD. Tahid Raza, an accomplished AWS Cloud Engineer at Stryker Web Tech, Delhi, was the distinguished speaker. The seminar aimed to immerse CSE students in the realm of AWS cloud computing, offering insights into its applications and benefits. Through engaging presentations and live demonstrations, students were introduced to the powerful tools and services offered by AWS.The seminar attracted more than 100 students, providing them with heightened awareness of the capabilities and advantages of AWS cloud services.Students had the opportunity to gain practical experience with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and RDS, through live demonstrations. It also shed light on the various career opportunities available in cloud computing, particularly in AWS, enhancing students' career prospects. .

 

 


 

HRIT, in collaboration with Softpro and AKTU, has offered a comprehensive 60-hour training program for Computer Science students. The program covers essential technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Python, and Tkinter. This initiative aims to enhance students' technical skills and prepare them for the dynamic IT industry .

 

 


 

In a dynamic 6-hour workshop on 6 October 2023 our talented students delved into the world of app development using React.js. The result? They created their very own music app from scratch! This workshop was all about practical learning, allowing our students to apply their knowledge in real-time. It's amazing to see their creativity and skills in action. .
